The marketing block flag comes from external data sources and marks that a person is blocked in that category, but it doesn't automatically block mailings.
❔ How does it work?
The marketing block flag works as a visual warning, just like the "Has left" status. If you don't want to include these recipients in your mailings, you need to filter them out manually.
The only thing that automatically stops mailings is if the recipient has:
- Unsubscribed (opt-out).
- No valid consent (mail consent).
