If I add a customer in the ERP system, will they automatically be marked as a customer in Lime Go too?

No, you have to manually change the relationship status on the customer card in Lime Go. Or win a deal with a new customer, which automatically changes the relationship status to "Is a customer" and thereby triggers the sync.
