If you can't add a company as a duplicate, it may be because the company is linked to our data provider, has quotes, or is linked to an ERP.
How do I do it?
In the merge modal, you can see if a duplicate can't be merged and the reason why
- The red badge to the left of the Make master button should indicate a reason why a company can't be used as a duplicate.
Remember that duplicates can't have quotes, ERP, or source data connections.
- Hover over the red badge to get more information about the reason why the company can't be used as a duplicate.
- Companies that can't be used as duplicates must be cleaned up, removed from the duplicate list, or made master in order for you to continue with the merge.
