Yes. Your custom fields carry over, but the master data takes priority!
❔ How does it work?
Master data that takes priority is data in fields, such as name, phone number, address - including custom fields. So if these fields are filled in on the master, that data is chosen. Only empty fields on the master are filled in by the duplicates.
