The best way to work with multiple pipelines is to break longer processes into clear parts and create separate pipelines for each flow.
βHow do I do it?
If you're a new customer, you can easily create a new pipeline and start adding your steps right away.
If you already have a longer process with many steps, we recommend splitting the process into several pipelines.
- Move deals or projects away from the steps you want to change. For example, if you have a step called Handover, the deals need to be moved from there first.
- Delete the step from the old pipeline. It is not possible to move a step between pipelines. The step therefore needs to be recreated in the new pipeline.
- Create a new pipeline and add your steps. Choose a new name and set up the steps you want to use.
- Choose whether the steps should be process steps or final steps. This affects, for example, statistics and connections to budget or ERP.
- Start filling the pipeline with relevant deals and projects.
