The best way to work with multiple pipelines is to break longer processes into clear parts and create separate pipelines for each flow.
❔How do I do it?
If you're a new customer, you can easily create a new pipeline and start adding your steps right away.
If you already have a longer process with many steps, we recommend splitting the process into several pipelines.
  1. Move deals or projects away from the steps you want to change. For example, if you have a step called Handover, the deals need to be moved from there first.
  1. Delete the step from the old pipeline. It is not possible to move a step between pipelines. The step therefore needs to be recreated in the new pipeline.
  1. Create a new pipeline and add your steps. Choose a new name and set up the steps you want to use.
  1. Choose whether the steps should be process steps or final steps. This affects, for example, statistics and connections to budget or ERP.
  1. Start filling the pipeline with relevant deals and projects.
