The AI summary is an AI feature that automatically creates a short summary of all relevant customer information (notes, deals, people and meetings).
❔How does it work?
You'll find the AI button directly on the company card, person card, deal, and meeting in Lime Go.
When you click "the round symbol" in the corner of a card in Lime Go and then generate, Lime Go automatically fetches:
- 📝 Notes and history: latest activities, who did what and when
- 🏢 Company information: key figures, company structure and basic data
- 💼 Current deals: open deals linked to the customer, along with their products
The AI then compiles all this data into a short and clear briefing, ready in a few seconds so you don't have to search through notes, tabs and history.
Perfect before customer meetings, so you avoid unnecessary preparation time and have a summary of the customer history at the click of a button.
