The full export contains data that you yourselves have entered into Lime Go and excludes data from our data provider.
❔ How does it work?
Contact us to export your data, and you'll receive an XML file with the following contents:
- Settings – all statuses, tags, and custom fields from lists.
- Coworkers – all coworkers you've added to Lime Go.
- Deals – all deals you've added to Lime Go.
- History entries – all notes and history you've written in Lime Go.
- Activities, reminders, and meetings – all future events you've added to Lime Go.
- Campaigns – the results of lists and email campaigns, not the lists themselves.
- Documents and references – all documents you've uploaded. The documents are delivered in a separate zip file.
- Companies – all companies you've added or edited from Lime Go.
- People – all contact persons you've added or edited from Lime Go.
For companies and people, you get all the data that you and your colleagues have entered yourselves. For records you haven't edited, you only get the name, registration number, and ID from Dun & Bradstreet. Addresses, phone numbers, and email are only available in the Lime Go application.
