You export outcomes from a list via the Export outcome button in the list.
❔ How does it work?
The export contains the following information:
- Company name
- Organization number
- Customer number
- Company ID from Dun & Bradstreet
- Names of contacted people
- Contacted people's Dun & Bradstreet ID
- Coworker's name and ID
- List status
- Status comments
Only outcomes with an action are exported – companies marked as To be contacted are not included.
If you have both a Dun & Bradstreet ID and an organization number, you can send the file to Dun & Bradstreet to supplement it with additional information, for an extra fee. The file can also be used in external BI tools, order management systems, or delivered to a customer as a project deliverable.
