Lime Go protects your data through encryption, strict access controls, and continuous monitoring.
How does it work?
Product security
  • Permissions – access to features is set per user via the profile settings.
  • Transport protection – all data is encrypted with 256-bit AES encryption. All connections are made via TLS, and only recognized secure encryption algorithms are used.
  • Passwords – we don't store any passwords, only an identifying hash function used to verify the login.
  • Product development – our developers undergo continuous security training and follow the OWASP Top 10. Security-critical code is always reviewed by at least two developers.
Cloud security
  • Data management – our services are provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) EU-based data centers in Ireland, where your data is also stored.
  • Backup – all data is backed up daily, and the copies are stored for 30 days.
  • Storage – all data, including backups, is stored encrypted even at rest.
  • Access – customer data is only given to authorized Lime Go employees who need it for their work, and we always ask for consent in advance.
  • Monitoring – we continuously monitor all operating environments to detect and prevent operational and security incidents.
Other
  • Training – all employees undergo mandatory security training every year.
  • Security framework – we use a clear information security framework with policies, routines, and continuous follow-up.
  • Confidentiality – all employees have signed a confidentiality agreement covering the handling of customer data.
