The Calendar Integration isn't working — what should I do?

A common reason you're unable to activate the integration is that your organization's IT security settings are blocking third-party integrations.
How do I do it?
Start by checking that Lime Go is approved in your permission management system. We support Outlook/Office 365, Apple Calendar/iCloud, and Google Calendar.
Basic troubleshooting
  1. Navigate to your company's permission management in Microsoft, typically Azure.
  1. Add Lime Go to the list of approved third-party integrations.
  1. Test the integration again.
If your IT environment uses a zero trust policy in Azure/M365
Step 1 – Enable user consent
  1. Go to the Microsoft Entra admin center and sign in as a global administrator.
  1. Navigate to Identity, Applications, Enterprise applications, Consent and permissions, and then User consent settings.
  1. Under User consent for applications, select Allow user consent for apps from verified publishers (recommended).
  1. Click Save.
💡 This allows users to grant consent to apps that use OpenID Connect or OAuth 2.0 to access their own data.
Step 2 – Enable admin consent workflow (optional but recommended)
  1. Go to the same place in the Entra portal.
  1. Enable the Admin consent workflow.
  1. Configure who should approve requests, as well as notifications and the approval process.
💡 This allows users to submit a request to use an app, which is then reviewed by an administrator.
