Instead of just using Lime Go's default activities, administrators can create custom activity types, both upcoming and past, tailored to your specific sales process.
This reduces the risk of low adoption and makes Lime Go more relevant to your organization.
The number of custom activities you can create depends on your pricing plan. You can find your pricing plan under your profile picture and Features.
