All insights — deal insights, sales insights, and the sales dashboard — are based on the value in the default currency (preferred currency).
❔ How does it work?
When the field Value in default currency is used, there are two options:
- The field is always filled in and always used.
- The field is only filled in when the deal's currency differs from the default currency. If the field is empty, the deal's currency is used instead.
All insights and dashboards are shown in the default currency and work without changes.
An incorrect exchange rate can produce misleading insights. If possible, the exchange rate should be manually adjustable by the user.
