How often your calendar is updated depends on which email program you use (not the specific calendar).
❔ How does it work?
The email programs we're aware of (with the exception of Google) sync as often as every 15 minutes. In addition, most email programs offer a manual sync option that you can easily add yourself.
Examples of these are Outlook or Apple Mail.
