A quote can have four different statuses: draft, sent externally, accepted, and rejected.
❔ How does it work?
The status is updated manually on the quote, but there's also the option to update the deal automatically when you update the status in Lime Go.
These statuses exist:
- Draft – the quote hasn't been sent yet, you can edit it freely
- Sent Externally – the quote has been sent to the customer, but not accepted
- Accepted – the customer has accepted the quote
- Rejected – the customer has declined the quote
